Conor Sullivan, Living Stone Restorations, Site Superintendent
Conor Sullivan
Site Superintendent

Born and raised in Asheville, North Carolina, Conor has been immersed in the construction industry from an early age. What began with helping out on job sites at just ten years old evolved into a lifelong passion for building. By sixteen, he was already framing custom homes—laying the foundation for a career built on craftsmanship and hard work.

After earning his degree in Business Marketing and Sales from Liberty University, Conor gained hands-on experience in roofing, exterior construction, and restoration. His dedication to quality and integrity made him a natural fit for Living Stone Design + Build, where those same values guide every project we take on.

Outside of work, Conor enjoys training at the gym, working on the farm, and traveling whenever he can. His commitment to excellence and personal growth make him a valued member of the Living Stone team—helping us continue building happier, healthier lives across Western North Carolina and beyond.
